Quality assurance technician is focused on predominently continuous improvement or process improvement, with the idea of increasing productivity, reducing costs providing a product that meets or exceeds with the customer is looking for. I think I’m very well prepared. I feel it’s a pretty good mixture of everything all together kind of rolled into one. Many of our instructors come from industry and have worked in it for years. So that exposure helps us get the flavor of of what our customers want and we incorporate that into our curriculum. What we try to do is not go too far in
the book before we do some hands on. Customers are looking for people who can improve their processes, help them grow while still satisfying the customers requirements.
